Orajel Maximum Strength PM Toothache and Gum Relief Paste provides instant pain relief for severe oral pain in the mouth and gums at nighttime. It is specially formulated to deliver three times as many active ingredients as a single medicated oral pain product for fast, targeted relief. There is 20% benzocaine to get right to the source of your pain, astringent to relieve gum irritation and chamomile to help you sleep. The paste allows for nighttime length relief. Our Maximum Strength Toothache and Gum Relief Paste comes in an easy-to-use tube, and it relieves pain when you need it most. Orajel Maximum Toothache & Gum Relief Features:
- Provides night-long oral pain relief.

Directions:
Apply a pea-sized amount of product to the affected area. Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a physician or healthcare provider.
Do not eat for one hour following use. Do not chew gum or food while numbness persists.

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Ammonium Glycyrrhizate, Aroma, Benzalkonium Chloride, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Menthol, PEG/PPG 116/66 Copolymer, Poloxamer 407, Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbic Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Water.
Caution:
Allergy alert: do not use this product if you have a history of allergic reactions to benzocaine or any ingredient in the product. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur. In such cases, discontinue use.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a physician or healthcare provider.
Stop using it and ask a health care provider if.
- Swelling, rash or fever develops, irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens.
- Symptoms do not improve in 7 days.
- The following symptoms appear:
- Weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing and/or blue-coloured lips or nail beds may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use.
Avoid contact with your eyes; if it happens, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of an overdose or allergic reaction, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if the Tamper-Evident Tab is open before first use. Do not use it on children under 12 years of age.
