Orajel 3X Medicated Gel Features:

Directions:
Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected area up to 4 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not eat for one hour following use. Do not chew gum or food while numbness persists.

Benzocaine 2% w/w, Zinc Chloride 0.15% w/w, Menthol 0.1% w/w
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Allantoin, Carbomer, Disodium EDTA, Flavour, Polyethylene Glycol, Polysorbate 60, Propylene Glycol, PVP, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbic Acid, Stearyl Alcohol, Water.
Caution:
Do not use this product if you have a history of allergic reactions to benzocaine or any ingredient in the product. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur. In such cases, discontinue use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a healthcare provider. Stop use and ask a health care provider if swelling, rash or fever develops, if irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens, if symptoms do not improve in 7 days and if the following symptoms appear: weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing and/or blue coloured lips or nail beds as these may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use. Do not use if the tamper-evident tab is open before first use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use it in children under 12 years of age. In case of an overdose or allergic reaction, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away.
