Directions
Adults take 3 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption of hops with alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness.
