Purpose of Cod Liver Oil 

Cod Liver Oil has very similar benefits to fish oil, however, it carries the additional benefit with the contents of vitamin A and D. While it does not have the same high portion of omega-3, it is a good option for those who have a greater lack in vitamin D and A but still want to increase intake of omega 3.

Directions
