How often is recommended to use a massage gun?
We recommend using your DR-HO'S handheld muscle massager for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group, depending on the desired result. A full-body workout should last no more than 15 minutes. Treat yourself at least twice a day.
Is it true that a percussion massage gun can help with cellulite?
By providing deep tissue massage and effective pulses throughout your muscle tissue and scattering your fat cells throughout your body, a percussion massage gun can help reduce cellulite using the vibration method. It also promotes the drainage of excess lymphatic fluid and improves blood circulation.
Can DR-HO'S massage gun help with sore muscles?
Massage guns, also known as percussive guns or percussion massagers, use oscillating, rapid bursts of pressure on muscle tissue to help relieve soreness and tension. Massage guns, unlike other at-home options like foam rollers, are useful for pinpointing specific pain points.
