Orajel Maximum Strength Liquid for Toothache Relief is a quick-acting liquid that contains benzocaine as its active ingredient to relieve tooth pain right away. Instant, focused relief is provided when you need it most by the Orajel Maximum Toothache Relief Liquid solution. The rapid absorption of the liquid form provides immediate comfort.
Orajel Pain Relief Liquid Features:

Directions:
Remove the imprinted safety seal from the bottle cap.
Adults: Apply with a cotton swab or fingertip. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected area up to 4 times daily OR as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not eat for one hour following use. Do not chew gum or food while numbness persists.

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Aroma, Ethyl Alcohol, Polyethylene Glycol, Menthol, Red 40, Sodium Saccharin, Water, Yellow 5.
Caution:
Allergy alert: do not use this product if you have a history of allergic reactions to benzocaine or any ingredient in the product. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur. In such cases, discontinue use.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a physician or healthcare provider.
Stop using it and ask a health care provider if.
- Swelling, rash or fever develops
- Irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens.
- Symptoms do not improve in 7 days.
- The following symptoms appear:
- Weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing and/or blue-coloured lips or nail beds may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use
Avoid contact with your eyes; if it happens, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of an overdose or allergic reaction, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if the Tamper-Evident Tab is open before first use. Do not use it on children under 12 years of age.
