Ingredients

Evening Primrose Oil(Oenothera biennis, seed) 500 mg, Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 50 mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate as a natural anti-oxidant support compound for EPO) 10 IU / 6.7 mg AT. Also Contains: Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin. NO salt, sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 softgels 3 times daily with a meal. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children.
