How to use
Hot: microwave in 15 second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Cold: store in the freezer for a minimum of one hour. To clean: wipe surface with cold water and mild soap. Caution: Do not overheat the gel pack. If the pack is too hot, set aside and allow it to cool before applying it to the skin. Never apply a hot or cold pack to irritated or damaged skin.
