Dynagel is so incredible you would think it came from a science fiction novel. This squishy polymer is the product of years of medical bio-engineering, where some of the first applications were used in foot surgeries to replace damaged cartilage. 

Hydrogels are made from a mix of different materials including agarose, hyaluronan, and elastin-like polypeptides. After their synthesis they’re combined with other polymers (PVA’s) and later 3D/4D printed to create the desired shape. 
 
In this C-shaped Dynagel pad, the material is cast into a perfect shape to unweight and alleviate pressure from the plantar fascia tendons and bone spurs on the bottom of your heel. 

Dynagel is a hydrophilic compound, meaning it’s able to hold moisture inside of its structure.
