Wedge Cushions

Wedge cushions are a type of orthopedic pillow or cushion that is designed to provide support for the back and to help with posture. The wedge is usually made from foam, rectangular in shape, and approximately 3-5" thick.

Wedge cushions are typically placed under the lumbar spine behind the pelvis or at the base of the neck. Wedge cushions are often used during pregnancy to keep the body in an optimal supine position to prevent injury.
